IT Solutions Architect

Position Overview: We are looking for an IT Solution Designer (m/f/d) to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:- Evaluate client inquiries and requirements to ensure feasibility and alignment with our IT Service Portfolio.
- Assist the Account Management team in addressing intricate customer needs related to IT services.
- Perform comprehensive requirement analyses.
- Organize and lead workshops for requirement gathering, including assessing outcomes.
- Design IT solutions utilizing services from our IT Service Portfolio.
- Independently plan and create innovative IT solutions in collaboration with technical solution architects from relevant departments.
- Present solution proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support various departments in project initiatives related to Solution Design.
- A completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Solution Design or IT Consulting, along with expertise in developing IT solutions and project management.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, including network infrastructure, server systems, application operations, virtualization, web services, and databases, while considering IT security aspects.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional experience in a public sector environment is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of email systems (Exchange) and Unified Communications.
- Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent command of the German language in both written and spoken forms (minimum C1 level).
