Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Designer to join our team at ETA Personal GmbH in Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer inquiries and requirements to ensure alignment with our IT Service Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to address complex customer requirements related to IT services.
  • Conduct thorough requirement analyses to identify customer needs.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops for requirement analysis, including the evaluation of results.
  • Design and develop innovative IT solutions using services from our IT Service Portfolio.
  • Work independently to plan and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with technical solution architects.
  • Present solution proposals to clients and internally.
  • Support various departments in project work related to Solution Design.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Solution Design or IT Consulting, as well as in the development of IT solutions and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in IT Service Management.
  • Solid understanding of IT architecture and technological trends, with consideration for IT security aspects.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional experience in a public sector environment.
  • Basic knowledge of email systems and Unified Communications.
  • Fundamental know-how of collaboration and documentation tools.
  • Excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form (minimum C1 level).
