People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team at Zenjob GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective processes that support the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Process Development: Spearhead the design, roll-out, and optimization of all people processes from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.
- Operational Excellence: Manage all operational personnel administration, including document creation and management, HRIS and data management, relocation & visa processes, and payroll preparation and process checks.
- Sparring Partnering: Support employees on all admin and operational questions, advise people managers on all people-related and labor law matters, and create comprehensive internal guidelines for these people processes.
- People Analytics: Analyze our key people data, including company growth and retention, employee satisfaction, absenteeism, and vacation.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Evaluate, select, and manage our partners and suppliers for P&C software and perks & benefits, as well as corresponding with our external stakeholders.
- Strategy & Projects: Partner with the Director of People & Culture to set a people-centric People Operations Strategy & OKRs and bring it to life by designing new frameworks and managing related initiatives with the team.
- Experience in a People Operations / HR Admin role that has taught you how to run smooth processes while creating a delightful people experience.
- Knowledge of employment law, immigration law & visa processes, payroll, and taxes.
- Strong organizational talent who can juggle lots of diverse projects.
- Quick at building trusting and collaborative relationships with your emotional intelligence and love for helping others and creating outstanding services.
- An eye for detail and a knack for ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Fluent in both German and English.
