**Deine Aufgaben:**

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Mitarbeitererfahrung und -zufriedenheit
* Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur und Förderung einer positiven Arbeitsatmosphäre
* Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften
* Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen und Verfahren
* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Teams

**Deine Qualifikationen:**

* 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im People Operations oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Personal oder ähnlichen Bereichen
* Exzellente Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
* Soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
* Hohe Affinität zu rechtlichen Themen und Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts
* Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
