About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Germany, building strong customer relationships, and promoting cutting-edge automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Germany.
  • Identify and Cultivate New Customer Relationships: Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships, effectively promoting the company's innovative products and customised business solutions.
  • Create and Implement Business Development Strategies: Create and implement business development strategies for key clients, conducting regular visits and organising comprehensive product and technical training sessions to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  • Manage and Resolve Business Challenges: Proactively manage and resolve any challenges during business collaborations, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Data Analytics: Leverage sales tools and data analytics to assess business practices, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Marketing/equivalent working experience in any of these fields. Minimum of three years' experience in the automation industry, with a strong background in technical sales, solution sales, or integration project sales.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. Exceptional communication skills, with native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English.
