Your Role: Driving Growth in Building Savings and Mortgage Financing

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our sales units across Württemberg. Your expertise in building savings and mortgage financing will be instrumental in maximizing sales potential and driving growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for Württembergische sales units, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance collaboration and performance within the sales network.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors and mortgage brokers, to expand our reach in the market.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to field partners, empowering them to achieve their sales objectives.
