About the Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a fast-growing team, representing a key growth driver for Mammotion in Europe. Reporting to the EU Director, the EU Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing collaboration and expanding sales scale with existing partners in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in related industries, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Polish or Czech is highly preferred.
