About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our Go-To-Market strategy in the DACH region, developing executive relationships with key buyers and influencers, and leveraging these relationships to achieve quarterly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and influencers in the cybersecurity industry.
- Generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for solid ongoing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strategic channel relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, competitor landscape, and product.
- Experience selling ICS-OT cybersecurity solutions in the process industries is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High energy, competitive mentality, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn innovative technologies quickly.
- Experience presenting to C-Level executives and an OT security audience.
- Business travel 50% of the year is expected.
