About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at AMOREPACIFIC. As a key member of our Retail & Education team, you will be responsible for overseeing all training programs, webinars, in-store trainings, and training events for retail staff in 5 countries (DE, CH, SE, DK, and PO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance retail staff knowledge and skills, including product and selling techniques.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to retail staff, ensuring excellence in execution of the EME Training strategy.
  • Training Evaluation: Monitor training participant satisfaction and adapt training materials as needed.
  • Seasonal Product Trainings: Execute seasonal new product and brand trainings for the region to prepare for new launches.
  • Field Insight and Feedback: Provide field insight and feedback on field execution of trainings and training events.
  • Training Budget Management: Manage the regional training budget.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead by example as a LANEIGE & Innisfree Brand Ambassador, creating a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with retail staff members.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage important projects at a national level and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
