Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will operate as an autonomous sales representative, providing essential support to our partners. Your role will involve:

  • Inspiring and energizing Württembergische sales teams through effective relationship management.
  • Functioning as a Key Account Manager for critical areas such as Building Savings and Mortgage Financing.
  • Playing a pivotal role in optimizing sales potential across various units.
  • Coaching, managing, and supporting field partners to foster enhanced collaboration.

Qualifications

  • A completed vocational training, ideally in Banking or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the sales of Building Savings and/or Financing products.
  • Extensive knowledge in Building Savings and Mortgage Financing, along with experience in strategizing and executing sales plans.
  • Experience in coaching and advising is advantageous.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor that creates a positive atmosphere with sales teams.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and showcase strong organizational capabilities.
