Unser Kunde, ein international anerkannter Entwickler und Hersteller im Bereich Optik und Sehhilfen, sucht einen erfahrenen Senior HR Business Partner für den deutschen Markt. Diese Position bietet hervorragende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und ist stark in die Unternehmensstruktur integriert.

Aufgabenbereich

In der Rolle des HR Business Partners sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle personalrelevanten Themen und tragen die Verantwortung für etwa 300 Mitarbeiter an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in einem definierten Kundenkreis, um strategische HR-Lösungen anzubieten.
  • Begleitung des Managements und der Mitarbeiter in Fragen des Arbeitsrechts, der Personalpolitik und der Vergütung.
  • Bereitstellung von Fachwissen im Leistungsmanagement zur Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Belegschaft.
  • Überprüfung und Optimierung von Karrierepfaden und Entwicklungsprogrammen.
  • Leitung von Rekrutierungsprozessen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Strategien und Durchführung von Interviews.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zum Betriebsrat sowie Führung von Verhandlungen.
  • Implementierung relevanter HR-Richtlinien und -Verfahren.
Qualifikationen
  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich; ein Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen in einem internationalen HR-Umfeld.
  • Starke Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten, einschließlich der Verwaltung von HR-Kennzahlen.
  • Praktische, flexible und anpassungsfähige Arbeitsweise.
  • Fähigkeit, Einfluss zu nehmen und in einer Matrixorganisation zu agieren.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften ist wünschenswert.
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
