Job Summary

Arcadis Germany GmbH is a leading global consulting company for the built and natural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reception duties and ensure a professional first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for the Hildesheim site, including office organization and supply management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee repairs, cleaning services, and inventory control to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Support the Health & Safety management team at the site, contributing to a culture of safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education, preferably with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Fluent in German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
