We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Betreuungsverein Hildesheim e.V. in a full-time position (38.5 hours/week).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:

  • Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
