An unserem Hauptsitz in Waiblingen entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten wir Lösungen für die pharmazeutische und Lebensmittelbranche. Im pharmazeutischen Sektor konzentrieren wir uns auf Technologien zur Verarbeitung von festen oralen Darreichungsformen wie Tabletten und Kapseln. Für die Lebensmittelindustrie umfasst unser Portfolio Verpackungslösungen für Trockenlebensmittel wie Kaffee und Mehl.

Stellenbeschreibung

Du wirst aktiv an den täglichen Abläufen im Bereich Forderungsmanagement teilnehmen, Transaktionen in SAP bearbeiten, Mahnprozesse und intercompany Abstimmungen verwalten und zu monatlichen und jährlichen Finanzberichten gemäß IFRS und lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards beitragen. Du wirst als kompetente und zuverlässige Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen, Prüfer und interne Interessengruppen fungieren. Du wirst eigenständig eine Vielzahl von definierten Aktivitäten im Bereich Forderungsmanagement durchführen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette. Du wirst Dashboards und KPIs nutzen, um Prozesse zu verbessern und geeignete Maßnahmen abzuleiten.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil umfasst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, ergänzt durch relevante praktische Erfahrungen. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im operativen Forderungsmanagement. Du hast Kenntnisse in angrenzenden Bereichen wie Kundenservice, Hauptbuchhaltung oder Controlling. Du hast umfassende Kenntnisse in SAP im FI-Modul. Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in der Prozessautomatisierung sind von Vorteil. Erste Erfahrungen im Prozess- und Projektmanagement, beispielsweise während der SAP-Implementierung oder im Lean Management, sind wünschenswert. Du kommunizierst technische Themen fließend in Wort und Schrift und fühlst dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl. Teamarbeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung gehören zu deinen Stärken. Du bist bekannt für deine Innovationskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und deine Begeisterung für die unternehmensweite Prozessoptimierung.
