Role Overview

Engage actively in the daily functions of accounts receivable management, including transaction processing in SAP, overseeing dunning procedures, managing intercompany reconciliations, and contributing to monthly and annual financial closing processes in line with IFRS and Local GAAP. Take the initiative to lead various defined projects within the accounts receivable domain, focusing on the implementation of solutions aimed at process optimization and standardization. Act as a knowledgeable and dependable point of contact for customer inquiries, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Utilize dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) proactively to enhance process quality and efficiency, deriving actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related commercial field, complemented by several years of relevant practical experience. Extensive hands-on experience in operational Accounts Receivable Accounting. Ideally, familiarity with related fields such as Customer Service, General Ledger Accounting, or Controlling. Proficient knowledge of SAP, particularly within the FI module, is essential. Experience with SD and process automation is advantageous. Initial exposure to process and project management, including participation in SAP implementation projects or Lean Management, is preferred. Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English are required, with good German language skills being a significant advantage. Strong teamwork, reliability, and results-driven mindset are key attributes.
