Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist to join our team in Waiblingen, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing transactions, managing dunning processes, and contributing to the monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB).

Key Responsibilities

  • Process transactions in SAP, manage dunning processes, and contribute to the monthly and annual financial closings
  • Independently work on initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization
  • Serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in Financial Accounting or a comparable commercial education, supplemented by several years of relevant practical experience
  • Several years of operational Accounts Receivable Accounting experience
  • Ideal experience collaborating with related fields, such as Customer Service, General Ledger Accounting, or Controlling
  • Solid knowledge in SAP within the FI module, with additional experience with SD or process automation a plus
  • Previous involvement in projects, such as an active role in an SAP implementation or other process improvement initiatives, desirable
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with good German language skills a strong advantage
  • Teamwork, reliability, and results orientation among key strengths
  • Hands-on mentality, focus on results, and enthusiasm for continuously challenging and improving processes

Relocation Information

The position is based in Waiblingen, Germany. If you are based outside of Germany, relocation is expected.
