Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of accounts receivable accounting, processing transactions in SAP, and contributing to monthly and annual financial closings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of accounts receivable accounting, including processing transactions in SAP and managing dunning processes.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP (HGB).
  • Independently work on initiatives within the accounts receivable area, including implementing solutions for process optimization and harmonization.
  • Serve as a competent and reliable point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively utilize dashboards and KPIs to continuously improve process quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree in Financial Accounting or a comparable commercial education.
  • Several years of relevant practical experience in operational Accounts Receivable Accounting.
  • Solid knowledge in SAP within the FI module.
  • Additional experience with SD or process automation is a plus.
  • Previous involvement in projects, such as an active role in an SAP implementation or other process improvement initiatives, is desirable.
  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Good German language skills are a strong advantage.
