Key Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager at MatchFast HR, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful execution of our clients' recruitment initiatives while uncovering opportunities to provide additional value beyond the established project parameters. You will collaborate closely with our internal team to orchestrate project activities and guarantee the timely delivery of superior solutions.

Your Duties Include:

  • Acting as the primary liaison for our clients throughout the recruitment journey
  • Managing client expectations and delivering regular updates on project developments
  • Working in tandem with our internal team to devise and implement recruitment strategies and solutions
  • Conducting periodic check-ins with clients to gather insights and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Offering guidance and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining precise and current client records and project documentation
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the success of our clients' recruitment endeavors
Qualifications
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
  • Initial experience in account management or customer success, ideally within the recruiting or HR sector
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is preferred
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in a startup environment is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
