Job Title: Senior Sales Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Coach to join our team at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH. As a Senior Sales Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills and performance of our sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs and develop customized training modules.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, product updates, and competitive practices to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with sales leaders and reps in several countries across Europe, with a special focus on Germany.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience as a sales trainer or HR L&D Consultant.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in a CRM.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
  • Ability to be agile and adapt to a changing environment, with occasional travel for trainings, sales office visits, or team meetings.
