Job Summary

The Senior Sales Trainer role at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH is a key position responsible for analyzing sales performance gaps and providing recommended interventions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness. This role will partner with sales leaders and reps across Europe, with a focus on Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leaders to drive key performance indicators and maximize performance results.
  • Engage and build relationships with sales leaders for ongoing Learning & Development needs.
  • Proactively partner with sales leaders and other sales support functions to identify gaps and suggest best practices.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop innovative solutions for blended learning programs.
  • Keep current with emerging trends and best practices in learning and sales enablement.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and deliver modifications as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales training experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in or supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
  • Proven track record in performance improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with needs-based / consultative selling methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Travel Requirements
20-30% travel required for trainings, sales office visits, and team meetings.
