Senior Sales Trainer

Job Description

The Senior Sales Trainer (m/f/d) is a key member of our Learning and Development team, responsible for analyzing sales performance gaps and providing recommended interventions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leaders (m/f/d) to drive an increase in key performance indicators at the individual and team level.
  • Engage and build effective relationships with sales leaders to identify and prioritize performance issues and suggest best practices.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop innovative solutions for blended learning programs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to sales and deliver modifications as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales training experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in or supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working in a CRM.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with needs-based/consultative selling methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Travel Requirements

20-30% travel required for trainings, sales office visits, or team meetings.
