Business Development and CRM Internship

Smatched is an innovative startup transforming the way non-profits secure donations.
Our platform allows users to contribute through microtransactions by engaging in brief surveys. Since our inception, we have expanded our services to support various non-profit organizations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development and CRM intern, you will manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Apollo and Close, ensuring their optimal performance, data integrity, and effective lead generation. Your role will be vital in maintaining the CRM infrastructure, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing insights to foster business growth.
Specific Duties:
- Develop automations to enhance lead generation.
- Formulate and execute CRM strategies that align with sales and marketing goals, maximizing efficiency and leveraging the full capabilities of Apollo and Close.
- Maintain CRM database integrity by monitoring data quality, implementing best practices, and conducting regular audits.
- Provide training and support to team members on utilizing Apollo and Close effectively, including customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns, monitor their performance, and refine strategies based on data analysis.
- Oversee CRM integrations with other business tools, ensuring smooth data flow and system compatibility.
- Act as the primary liaison for CRM vendors, managing negotiations, troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Track and report on CRM metrics, offering insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign success.
- Stay informed on CRM trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance our CRM ecosystem.
