Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & BDR Intern to join our team. As a CRM & BDR Intern, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Apollo and Close, to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and lead generation at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM System Management: Ensure the optimal performance and data integrity of our CRM systems, Apollo and Close.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation at scale.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Create and implement CRM strategies to support sales and marketing objectives, focusing on maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM systems.
  • Data Management: Monitor data quality, implement best practices for data management, and conduct regular audits to ensure CRM database integrity.
  • Training and Support: Train and support team members on the effective use of Apollo and Close, including customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet departmental needs.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
