TasksAs a Business Development and CRM intern, you will manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Apollo and Close, ensuring their optimal performance, data integrity, and effective lead generation. Your role will be vital in maintaining the CRM infrastructure, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing insights to foster business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automations to enhance lead generation.
- Formulate and execute CRM strategies that align with sales and marketing goals, maximizing efficiency and leveraging the full capabilities of Apollo and Close.
- Maintain CRM database integrity by monitoring data quality and implementing best practices for data management.
- Provide training and support to team members on utilizing Apollo and Close effectively, including customizing dashboards and reports.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns, monitor their performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis.
- Oversee CRM integrations with other business tools, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Act as the primary liaison for CRM vendors, managing negotiations and system updates.
