Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement automations that drive lead generation at scale
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales and marketing objectives, focusing on maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM systems
- Ensure CRM database integrity by monitoring data quality, implementing best practices for data management, and conducting regular audits
- Train and support team members on the effective use of Apollo and Close, including customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet departmental needs
- Design and execute targeted campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis
- Manage CRM integrations with other business tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining system compatibility

- Monitor and report on CRM metrics, providing insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness
