Job Title: CRM & Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Business Development Intern to join our team. As a CRM & Business Development Intern, you will play a critical role in overseeing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Apollo and Close, to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and lead generation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement automations that drive lead generation at scale
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales and marketing objectives, focusing on maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the CRM systems
  • Ensure CRM database integrity by monitoring data quality, implementing best practices for data management, and conducting regular audits
  • Train and support team members on the effective use of Apollo and Close, including customizing dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet departmental needs
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data analysis
  • Manage CRM integrations with other business tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining system compatibility
  • Serve as the primary contact for CRM vendors, handling all negotiations, troubleshooting, and system updates
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, providing insights into sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of implementing successful CRM strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent training and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding team members on CRM best practices
  • Experience with CRM integrations and managing vendor relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with all levels of management
