Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at MSX International. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical concerns, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to retailers and NSCs to resolve technical concerns.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Investigation teams to identify vehicle product concerns and develop solutions.
  • Answer technical queries via electronic systems, telephone, or WebEx sessions.
  • Document contact details and diagnostic advice on client systems.
  • Work closely with the dealer network to improve concern fix rates and reduce warranty costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in vehicle diagnostics and a good knowledge of automotive electronics.
  • Completed training as a motor vehicle technician or foreman.
  • Professional experience as a service consultant/service manager or workshop foreman.
  • Excellent English skills (English is the primary language for this opportunity).
  • Good knowledge of French/Dutch/German is advantageous.
