About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Dänemark. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services offered by Center Parcs, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
