Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our broad portfolio of data center, communication, and IoT/Edge products and solutions to IoT & Edge focused manufacturers and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
  • Meet assigned revenue billing quota and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Manufacturing / Industrial / OEM/ AI / Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and German are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
