Supermicro is seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Germany.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as new accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met and sales goals are achieved.
- Research trends and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or End customer/Enterprise Customer in Central Europe.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate, or governmental accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
- Language skills: English and German mandatory.
