Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage large-scale energy projects, focusing on sustainable energy supply solutions, such as utility-scale batteries, H2-ready gas-fired power plants, heat pumps, and e-boilers.
- Lead the development of Clean Dispatchable Power projects from initial ideation to technical, commercial, and permitting maturity, ensuring high-quality investment proposals.
- Manage interfaces with corporate functions to review and approve investment proposals.
- Establish strong project governance and structure project milestone plans.
- Manage stakeholder interests and gather market intelligence to support lobbying for regulatory changes.
- Execute Uniper's Clean Dispatchable Power strategy.
Your Profile
- University degree in relevant studies, such as engineering, business administration, economics, or physics.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in developing and managing large projects, preferably in power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industry.
- Certified project management skills.
- Experience in leading international teams in business development activities.
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial requirements for development activities.
- Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking, combined with prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group.
- Proficient in German and English, with another language beneficial.
