Job Summary:

Vorwerk Services GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects, managing project constraints, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project objectives, scope, time, budget, and quality
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including development teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Business fluent in English
