About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Rügamer & Steiner Consulting GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and marketing.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
