Role Overview:

The Communications Coordinator for the Climate Governance Integrity Programme plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies that align with Transparency International's mission. This position is integral to enhancing the visibility and understanding of our initiatives related to climate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the Climate Governance Integrity Programme.
  • Produce and manage content across various platforms, including digital channels, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including media and partners, to amplify the impact of our communications.
  • Coordinate the creation and dissemination of knowledge products and advocacy materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to enhance impact.

Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience in communications, particularly within international or advocacy contexts.
  • Proven track record in media relations and content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication plans.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and analytics.
