Key Responsibilities:

Work in close partnership with Regional Teams and stakeholders to ensure product listings, ongoing availability, and activation of the Mattel product range on the platform. Lead Joint Business Planning efforts. Act as a representative for the Amazon Germany team on designated projects, collaborating closely with local market and brand managers. Serve as a center of expertise for e-retail within the organization, alongside the team.

1. Product Forecasting and Inventory Management

Conduct monthly quantity forecasting for a diverse portfolio of brands and products that impacts production decisions. Provide near-term turnover forecasts on a weekly basis for management review. Engage in supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies for Mattel and its eRetail partners, while improving customer service.

2. Strategic Development

Play a vital role in the continuous development and execution of the Go to Market strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, supply chain, IT). Cultivate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail and toy market dynamics. Identify consumer and e-commerce trends to drive business growth and implement strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Brand and Shopper Marketing and country sales teams to enhance Mattel's eRetail presence and ensure a consumer-centric and brand-led approach.

3. Trade Marketing and Campaign Planning

Assist in Regional Customer Range Planning/Selection by providing insights from brand activation and the Amazon country key account teams. Plan and execute marketing activities and promotions in partnership with the Shopper Marketing and Brand Activation teams.

4. Data Analysis and Performance Reporting

Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve objectives and accelerate business growth. Oversee online analytics tools and implement corrective actions when online performance metrics do not meet targets (e.g., review counts, rich digital content, frequent stockouts, etc.).

5. Financial Management

Conduct sales and expenditure forecasting. Support the Key Account Manager in managing and tracking the allocated budget while maintaining appropriate audit trails. Achieve revenue and profit objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing with a focus on Key Account Management and E-commerce, ideally with at least 2 years dedicated to E-Commerce & Digital Marketing. University degree in relevant fields (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma). Familiarity with online/digital performance metrics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Attention to detail and a strong affinity for processes. Excellent follow-up and prioritization skills. Highly competitive mindset with a focus on business results: ability to manage and perform forecasts. Capacity to work on a variety of projects under tight deadlines. Ability to navigate a matrix business environment and engage with diverse audiences. Confident and articulate communicator capable of fostering strong collaboration within the organization. Proactive, positive, and innovative mindset. Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel. Fluent in English.
