Wir suchen Sie als "Mitarbeiter*in im Einkauf Business Support (Teilzeit/Vollzeit)" für einen langfristigen Kundenauftrag in der Automobilbranche.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verwaltung von Rollen im System für den nationalen und internationalen Einkauf
  • Bearbeitung und Überprüfung von Anfragen zur Zulassung im Einkauf
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets zu Zulassungsthemen (einschließlich Rollenberatung)
  • Unterstützung im Lieferantenmanagement (Beratung zur Pflege von Kontaktdaten)
  • Aktualisierung bestehender Dokumentationen
  • Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Großhandelskaufmann/-frau
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einem sicheren und höflichen Auftreten
  • Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • IT-Affinität und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten
