Position: Business Development Koordinator / Vertriebsassistenz (m/w/d)

Überblick: In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb. Sie unterstützen unser Sales Team, indem Sie potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und qualifizieren.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie kontaktieren telefonisch Marketing-Leads, um deren Verkaufsreife zu ermitteln und qualifizierte Anfragen an das Vertriebsteam weiterzuleiten.
  • Sie pflegen den Dialog mit Kontakten, die noch nicht bereit für den Vertrieb sind, und bauen langfristige Beziehungen auf.
  • Eigenständig generieren Sie Leads durch gezielte Kampagnen und Kaltakquise.
  • Sie erstellen regelmäßige Reportings mit relevanten Kennzahlen und leiten Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Leadqualität ab.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing oder Vertrieb.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Inside Sales oder Telemarketing und sind vertraut mit der kennzahlenbasierten Leadsteuerung.
  • Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind so ausgeprägt, dass Sie bei Bedarf auch auf Englisch kommunizieren können.
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, empathisch und können sich schnell auf verschiedene Gesprächspartner einstellen.
  • Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Umsatzpotenziale und sind zielorientiert.
