In der Position als Entry-Level Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unseres Operations Teams und tragen dazu bei, den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Immobilien sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben
  • Verwaltung der Verträge für unsere Immobilien.
  • Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Jahresendabrechnung.
  • Konsolidierung und Skalierung operativ benötigter Daten.
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung für das Operations Team.
  • Erstellung von Berichten über Betriebskosten und Aufwertungsaufwendungen.
  • Betreuung der Eigentümer, insbesondere in Bezug auf Rechnungen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Wirtschaftsplänen und Business Cases.
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unseres Buchungssystems.
  • Beitrag zu Product Operations: Analyse von Prozessen, Erstellung von Workflows und Pflege der vorhandenen Tools.
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Immobilien oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Operations, Verwaltung oder Immobilien.
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen und wachsenden Unternehmen sowie am Thema Immobilien.
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Hands-On-Mentalität.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
