Position: Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator

Location: Berlin, Germany

Your Role:

  • You will serve as the primary contact for our numerous hostels regarding internal advertising.
  • Your responsibilities include overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and other print media.
  • You will assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, radio, and outdoor advertising.
  • Your role involves crafting and publishing promotional content for advertisements and print media.
  • You will plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on events such as trade fairs.
  • You will initiate and manage partnerships, including collaborations with festivals.
  • Your work will involve close collaboration with our Sales Team, Creative Team, copywriters, and agencies.

Your Profile:

  • A completed degree or training in Marketing or Communication.
  • Initial professional experience in marketing and a passion for communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and strong English proficiency.
  • A quick learner with a self-directed and meticulous work ethic.
  • Able to take responsibility, tackle challenges, and deliver results.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
