Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches in close partnership with artists, their management, and external agencies.
- Manage budgets and oversee project timelines for various campaigns, including financial forecasting.
- Develop innovative, data-driven marketing strategies in collaboration with our Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales departments.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including A&R, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and promoters.
- Conduct ongoing analysis, enhancement, and assessment of campaigns, along with the preparation of reports and performance metrics.
- Foster long-term relationships with artists, their management teams, and industry partners.
- Participate in regular communication with the Hard Rock Team based in Los Angeles.
Qualifications:
- Initial professional experience in product management or marketing, ideally within a music label or artist management context.
- Strong understanding of the development, planning, execution, and evaluation of cross-media marketing initiatives (including online, print, radio, TV, and Out-of-Home), with a focus on promoting tracks, singles, and albums.
- Preferably, an established network of artists, promoters, media contacts, and other industry players, particularly in the Hard Rock and Metal genres.
- A genuine passion for music, excellent project management capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Solid musical knowledge, familiarity with repertoire, and a keen interest in digital trends within the music sector.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
- A strong enthusiasm for Hard Rock and Metal music.
