We Are Looking For

We seek candidates with backgrounds in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, engineering, and natural sciences (m/w/d) to work nationwide, primarily focusing on Berlin.

Your Opportunities

As a member of one of our consulting teams, you will contribute to problem-solving at the intersection of management, technology, and IT within operational functions such as:

  • Enhancing performance management systems (metrics and control systems)
  • Managing cost reduction, quality, and efficiency programs
  • Overseeing large maintenance, modernization, or infrastructure projects
  • Advancing production planning and control systems
  • Driving digitalization for condition-based and predictive maintenance
  • Managing spare parts and materials logistics
Your Profile
  • A persuasive personality with a strong desire to shape outcomes, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit
  • A passion for production-related tasks in a technical setting
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities combined with IT affinity
  • A Master's degree in a STEM field, business administration, or a comparable university qualification
  • Ideally, some practical experience
  • Fluent in German
