About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch speaker to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to LEGO fans across the globe, responding to their queries in both Dutch and English.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through engaging and fun interactions.
  • Assess and resolve brick-based problems quickly and confidently using our latest CRM tools.
  • Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service.
  • Represent the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet customer expectations.
