Job Opportunity:

The Regional Customer & Broker Engagement Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic engagement with brokers and customers in South Germany. This role requires close collaboration with product leaders and teams to enhance the company's profile, deepen and expand relationships, and maximize opportunities across our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional visibility and engagement strategies for key customers and brokers, linking product teams and driving business growth.
  • Coordinate and prioritize target account and customer expansion strategies with the team, generating introductions and qualified new business opportunities.
  • Lead customer relationships for key accounts in the South Region, executing regional broker communication strategies and providing intelligence on broker portfolios and key accounts.
  • Review and monitor regional broker performance, supporting underwriting teams with relevant broker data and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of commercial insurance underwriting or brokerage experience.
  • Strong relationships and visibility within the brokerage and risk management community.
  • Highly collaborative, diplomatic, and influential with internal teams, customers, and brokers.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to design strategic plans and lead tactical execution.
  • Travel requirement for customer and broker calls in the region.
