Client Services Overview: Our Client Services team operates with exceptional efficiency, managing client inquiries and partner integrations with speed and precision. We are dedicated to educating our clients and partners, ensuring they maximize the potential of our innovative product.
Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will collaborate with a team based in Berlin, working closely with Sales and Integrations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, which is crucial for client retention and satisfaction with the Adjust product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients within Adjust.
- Assist clients in optimizing their use of the Adjust product and resolving any technical issues.
- Conduct regular check-in calls to provide support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Facilitate informed decision-making for clients by validating and testing their setups.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using both internal and external tools.
- Escalate complex technical challenges to engineers and propose optimization ideas to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in managing client expectations.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for addressing complex challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
- Familiarity with AdTech, MarTech, MMPs, or similar SaaS companies.
- Proven capability to independently acquire and apply technical knowledge.
- Experience with terminal operations and data manipulation tools.
- Proficient in using collaboration and productivity applications such as Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
- Understanding of mobile applications, SDKs, and related technologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in app development and publishing.
- Background in software development, including scripting and tooling (Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.).
