Senior Software Architect (gn)

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect (gn) to drive our digital innovation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our software development landscape across various functions including sales, operations, R&D, and finance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive our digital evolution by designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions.
  • Infuse our software strategy with innovative concepts and approaches.
  • Act as a primary supporter to our lead developer, overseeing critical strategic and operational functions.
  • Gather and disseminate best practices within our digital communities.
  • Foster strong relationships with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of expertise in application architecture, software engineering, database design, and networking.
  • Proficient in various programming interfaces such as SOAP and RESTful.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of cloud services, market dynamics, customer demographics, and industry sectors.
  • Knowledgeable in application, server, and network security, including compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27xxx).
  • Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MariaDB, DocumentDB, Loki).
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and onboarding junior team members.
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
