Role Overview: Client Solutions Lead
As a Client Solutions Lead at adjoe GmbH, you will oversee a global team committed to delivering exceptional support to our business partners and customers. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective technical support and service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Technical Account Managers and B2C support agents to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve technical issues for app partners and mobile gamers.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, teams, and clients to enhance business outcomes.
- Develop the service organization to accommodate geographical expansion and evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and knowledge across teams.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the (mobile) ad tech or service industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and technical systems.
- Experience with Java/Kotlin/Swift and the mobile ad tech landscape is a plus.
