Role Overview: Customer Service Director

As a Customer Service Director at adjoe GmbH, you will lead a global team dedicated to providing top-notch support to our business partners and customers. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technical support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Technical Account Managers and B2C support agents to facilitate smooth onboarding and resolve technical issues for app partners and mobile gamers.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, teams, and clients to optimize business outcomes.
  • Elevate service organization to support geographical expansion and growing client needs.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and knowledge across teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in (mobile) ad tech or service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and technical systems.
  • Experience with Java/Kotlin/Swift and mobile ad tech landscape is a plus.
