Brand Manager Position Overview

As a **Brand Manager** at **THOMAS SABO**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand vision. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute innovative brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to the jewelry and lifestyle markets.
  • Perform in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Craft engaging narratives for the Charm Club and Sterling-Silver brands, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to inspire creativity and enhance product offerings.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for the design team and support pricing strategies.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to uphold brand standards and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and track essential performance metrics related to brand health, sales, and customer engagement to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Brand Management, ideally within the jewelry or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong grasp of brand fundamentals, marketing tactics, and consumer insights.
  • Creative mindset with a strong passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Strategic mindset to craft and execute successful integrated marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with robust project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support brand activities and events.
