Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new international markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

2. Partner Identification and Management: Identify and evaluate potential sales partners and agents in target regions, leading negotiations and managing relationships to drive business growth.

3. Brand Representation: Represent Thomas Sabo at international trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to build relationships and expand the company's network within the jewelry industry.

4. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor landscapes in target markets, providing insights to inform business decisions.

5. Regional Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to promote Thomas Sabo's products and services in target markets.

6. Sales Training and Support: Provide sales training and support to sales partners and agents, ensuring they have the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand positioning to drive sales growth.

7. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market feedback, and customer opinions to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
