About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at THOMAS SABO. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to understand consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity in the jewelry and lifestyle sectors.
  • Storytelling and Content Creation: Develop compelling brand stories and content that showcase our products and values, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our design team to drive innovation and product development, and collaborate with external agencies and partners to support brand initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, sales performance, and customer engagement to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in brand management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the jewelry or lifestyle sectors.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong understanding of brand principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior; creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand building; excellent communication and project management skills; fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
